Kenneth Dante Murena as the Court-appointed Receiver over Drive
Planning, LLC, is focused on recovering assets
of Drive Planning, LLC for the benefit of the
investors. All assets recovered by the Receiver
will be reported in the Receiver's status
reports. The initial status report will be filed
on or around October 30, 2024, and will be
posted on this website under the Court Documents
tab. All relevant court filings are also
available for your review under the Court
Documents tab of this website. Additional
information is also available under the FAQ tab.
Please note that this website contains the
most up-to-date information on the status of the
SEC's enforcement action and on the receivership
over Drive Planning, LLC.
The Receiver is also preparing a secure portal
to allow investors to upload their investor
documents for review by the Receiver and his
forensic accountants. That portal is not yet
ready and has not been sent by email. You will
receive a link to that portal at the same email
address where you received your initial email
from the Receiver.
